Görev ve Sorumluluklar

• Microsoft 365 çözümlerinin tasarım, kurulum, yapılandırma ve yönetim süreçlerinde görev almak,
• Microsoft Purview çözümlerinin devreye alınması, yapılandırılması ve yönetilmesi,
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection ve Compliance politikalarının tasarlanması ve uygulanması,
• Microsoft Defender güvenlik çözümlerinin devreye alınması ve yönetilmesi,
• Microsoft Sentinel çözümlerinin devreye alınması, yapılandırılması ve yönetilmesi,
• Exchange Server On-Premises ve Exchange Online ortamlarının kurulumu, yapılandırılması, yönetilmesi ve sorunlarının giderilmesi,
• Exchange Hybrid yapıların kurulması ve yönetilmesi,
• On-Premises Exchange ortamlarından Exchange Online’a mailbox migration çalışmalarının gerçekleştirilmesi,
• Mail flow, SMTP, connector ve Exchange Hybrid konularında troubleshooting çalışmalarının yürütülmesi,
• SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams ve Microsoft Intune çözümlerini kapsayan projelerde görev alınması,

• Bilgi teknolojileri alanında en az 5 yıl genel iş tecrübesine sahip olmak,
• Microsoft teknolojileri ile gerçekleştirilen kurulum, dönüşüm veya güvenlik projelerinde deneyim sahibi olmak,
• Microsoft 365 veya Exchange migration projelerinde görev almış olmak,
• Microsoft Security veya Microsoft 365 alanlarında geçerli Microsoft sertifikalarına sahip olmak.

Experienced in the field of Microsoft technologies; We are looking for a Microsoft Solution Senior Consultant teammate to work in Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance and Messaging solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and/or experience in Microsoft Purview and Security & Compliance solutions; especially Proficient in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection and Compliance,
• Knowledge and/or experience in Microsoft Defender security solutions,
• Knowledge and/or experience in Microsoft Sentinel,
• Proficient in Microsoft Exchange technologies; Knowledge and/or experience in Exchange Server On-Premises, Exchange Online, Hybrid configurations and mailbox migration,
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies,
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and identity management,
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills,
• Open to research and learning new technologies,
• Prone to teamwork and customer communication,
• Have a level of English knowledge to follow technical documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To take part in the design, installation, configuration and management processes of Microsoft 365 solutions,
• Deploying, configuring, and managing Microsoft Purview solutions,
• Designing and implementing Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection and Compliance policies,
• Deploying and managing Microsoft Defender security solutions,
• Deploying, configuring and managing Microsoft Sentinel solutions,
• Installation, configuration, management and troubleshooting of Exchange Server On-Premises and Exchange Online environments,
• Establishment and management of Exchange Hybrid structures,
• Performing mailbox migration from On-Premises Exchange environments to Exchange Online,
• Conducting troubleshooting studies on mail flow, SMTP, connector and Exchange Hybrid,
• Taking part in projects involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Intune solutions,
• Taking part in Microsoft 365 Security, Compliance and Migration projects,
• Conducting technical analysis, implementation, troubleshooting and technical documentation studies in customer environments.

Qualifications to be Preferred

• To have at least 5 years of general work experience in the field of information technologies,
• To have experience in installation, transformation or security projects carried out with Microsoft technologies,
• To have taken part in Microsoft 365 or Exchange migration projects,
• Have valid Microsoft certifications in Microsoft Security or Microsoft 365.
