Kullanıcı için 6 adımlı çözüm

5. Gizlilik ayarlarını açın. Dosya > Seçenekler > Güven Merkezi > Gizlilik Ayarları altında "Tüm bağlı deneyimler" açık olmalıdır.
6. Web sürümünde deneyin. Copilot, Excel veya Word'ün web sürümünde çalışıyor ama masaüstünde çalışmıyorsa sorun büyük olasılıkla kanal, sürüm veya önbellektedir.

Lisanssız kullanıcılar neden Copilot'u Word ve Excel'de görmüyor?

There are two requirements to turn on Copilot: your Microsoft 365 work account must be assigned an appropriate Copilot license, and your Office apps must be on an update channel that supports Copilot. If these two are ok, the Copilot button will automatically appear in the ribbon of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and in the lower-right corner of the document.

Check first: is the button really missing?

Microsoft has gathered the method to open Copilot in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Copilot icon in the bottom-right corner of the document. If you don't see it in the ribbon, look at the bottom-right corner first.

6-step solution for the user

1. Sign in with the correct account. Make sure your work account appears on the File > Account screen. If the personal account is also open, sign out.
2. Update apps. Update options > file > account > Update now.
3. Renew the license. Select File > Account > Update License, then close and reopen all Office apps. On Mac: Word > > learn more about Word > Renew license.
4. See the update channel. If the About File > Account > section says "Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel," Copilot doesn't appear; Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel is required. The IT team makes this change.
5. Open Privacy settings. Under File > Options > Trust Center > Privacy Settings, "All connected experiences" should be turned on.
6. Try it on the web version. If Copilot works on the web version of Excel or Word but not on the desktop, the issue is likely with the channel, version, or cache.

Checklist for IT admin

• Is the user assigned a Microsoft 365 Copilot (or Copilot Business) license? The Microsoft 365 admin center > Users > Licenses.
• Is a basic license eligible? Copilot is added on top of an eligible Business or enterprise plan (see Microsoft 365 Copilot price and license options).
• Are Microsoft 365 Apps devices in the Current Channel or Monthly Enterprise Channel?
• Is there a policy or restricted app configuration blocking Copilot?
• Waited a few hours for the new license to reflect after it was assigned?

Why don't unlicensed users see Copilot in Word and Excel?

Starting April 15, 2026, in organizations with more than 2,000 users, users without a license won't see Copilot in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. This is a licensing model, not a bug. These users continue to use Copilot Chat in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app and Outlook. In smaller organizations, access lasts but may be limited in intensity (see Copilot Chat). If Copilot opens but throws blank panel or error

• Save the file to OneDrive or SharePoint and turn on AutoSave; some features work more stable in cloud files.
• Convert data to table format in Excel (Ctrl+T) (see Table 1). How to use Copilot in Excel? Agent Mode and Turkish usage).
• If you get a "Language not supported" warning, type your prompt in a supported language. Turkish is supported (see Does Copilot support Turkish?).
